FROM THE ORIGINS TO THE PRESENT

Tracing a journey that was never linear.

Emozioni was born from an intuition, but above all from a human journey: that of Marco Silvio Jäggi.

Over time, stories, relationships, research, writing and new forms of collaboration have woven themselves around the magazine, transforming the project into a shared space traversed by very different people.

This page tells how it all began, how Emozioni has transformed over time, and who today accompanies its journey with care, responsibility and presence.

The origins of the project

From an intuition to a place

How it all began

Marco Silvio Jäggi tells how the project was born almost for practical reasons: the desire to create in 2018 a small editorial space capable of gathering ideas and reflections connected to emotional intelligence and relational work.

But beneath that initial intuition something deeper already existed.

In the years spent between enterprise, international consulting, training and organisational development, a different sensitivity gradually grew towards what happens inside people: conflicts, fragility, choices, invisible tensions that often shape life far more than we imagine.

From there a new space slowly began to open: a space capable of traversing the complexity of human experience, without strategies.

Then slowly a question destined to become the heart of the project surfaced: how much do emotions influence the way we live, choose, work and relate?

The transformation into a place

Over time, Emozioni stopped being just a magazine. Issue after issue, the project began to generate something unexpected: people who kept their copies, annotated the margins, re-read articles years later, wrote to the editorial team or shared the magazine with children, friends and colleagues. Around the published issues, dialogues, comparisons, relationships and new collaborations were created.

Some readers found themselves welcomed: something resonated deeply in their experience. Others felt questions, tensions or unexpected inner movements emerge, at times uncomfortable. But it was precisely in this emotional traversal that the project progressively found its own identity.

The paper — "tear-proof" as Marco sometimes repeats — remained the heart of the project: something one naturally carries along, reopens and rediscovers at the right moments. Some writings strike immediately, others resurface months later, others still continue to work silently within us.

Today, new editorial, digital and relational pathways continue to develop around the magazine, maintaining the same attention towards human experience, awareness and the quality of relationships.

New forms, new languages

Behind Emozioni there are many voices: readers, writers, supporters, collaborators.

Alongside this community, some people accompany its operational continuity.

Emozioni thus continues its journey through the contribution of people who differ in sensibility, experience and human background. New people are contributing to the project's evolution, also through the exploration of digital pathways, and to building new ways of making Emozioni's editorial and human heritage accessible.

Marco often says he does not feel like a custodian, but "simply a wanderer": someone who traverses experiences, gathers questions and tries to bring something useful back to others.

Perhaps it is also from this image that the project continues to evolve: in the dialogue between continuity and transformation, keeping alive the original direction of Emozioni and opening it, at the same time, to new forms, new languages and new possibilities of encounter, without ever forgetting the human depth from which it all began.

Founder and editorial director of Emozioni

Consultant, trainer and coach on emotional intelligence and change, he has worked for over thirty years across enterprise, training and human development, accompanying people and organisations through transformation processes, relational dynamics and moments of complexity and change.

In 2018 he gave life to Emozioni, an editorial project born from the desire to create a space capable of interrogating the relationship between emotions, awareness and everyday life. Today he continues to accompany its editorial and cultural direction, contributing to the construction of the themes, contents and vision that run through the project.

In his work he likes to define himself as "a mirror": someone who helps people see more clearly what they already have inside themselves. Alongside this image, he carries another to which he is deeply attached: that of the curious wanderer, who traverses experiences and never stops questioning and marvelling along the way.

Ainhoa Aparicio Aldave

Digital development and user experience design

Computer engineer and programme manager, she accompanies the digital development of Emozioni, contributing to the design of the website, the user experience and the technological structures that support the project's evolution.

She has developed a cross-disciplinary background that weaves together technology, digital design, international coordination and aesthetic research, working across Europe and the blockchain world in high-innovation contexts. Today she focuses on the organisation and operational development of global technology projects, with particular attention to collaborative processes and the experience of people.

Alongside the technical dimension she has always cultivated an artistic sensibility connected to photography, music and aesthetic research. She has studied the violin since childhood and brings this sensibility to the way she imagines digital spaces: clear, welcoming places, capable of letting content breathe.

Flavio Castelluccio

Editorial care and coordination of the digital pathways

At Emozioni he works on the coherence and development of the digital pathways, holding together the content, structure, language and ways through which the project takes shape, evolves and meets its audience and its interlocutors.

His is an eclectic path: from training in aerospace engineering through high technical complexity contexts, to transpersonal psychology, inner research and the exploration of the relationship between emotional experience, the body and personal transformation. Alongside the editorial work, he accompanies the growth of the magazine's digital presence with the intention of making the project ever more accessible, alive and capable of creating meaningful connections between people, ideas and experiences.

He lives this editorial work with the feeling that all the experiences lived in the past were necessary steps to arrive at a project in which he today recognises himself deeply and which he carries forward with gratitude.
